Building Attendant

The Building Attendant is responsible for providing repair and upkeep services in a multi-residential apartment building, responding to service requests, and maintaining common areas. This role requires a high level of initiative, flexibility, and professionalism, with a strong focus on customer service and attention to detail.

Requirements

• 2 years experience in a maintenance role
• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
• Bilingual (French and English)
