The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, previous administrative experience, and excellent customer service skills.
Requirements
- Highly organized with a strong attention to detail and comfortable working in a deadline driven fast paced environment with a high-level capacity to multitask
- Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service abilities and always looking for ways to go above & beyond
- Previous office administrative experience is preferred
- Passionate about the industry and aspiring to develop a long-term career in the field
- A collaborative person who is hard working and likes to have fun at work
- Highly competent with Microsoft Office, Excel and Outlook
- A post-secondary education is considered an asset
- Familiarization with Yardi is an asset
