Revenue Accountant

GWL Realty Advisors is a leader in the commercial and multi-residential real estate industries, looking for a Revenue Accountant to assist with process rental billing for Industrial property tenants. The role involves maintaining floor and lease inventory, reviewing property rent roll, and processing year-end billings.

Requirements

• 0-3 years of experience in real estate property accounting
• Post-secondary college degree in accounting program
• Current enrolment in a professional accounting program, CPA
• Property accounting/administration experience
• Computer proficiency in Microsoft office and property management accounting systems
