Senior Development Analyst

GWLRA is a leader in the commercial and multi-residential real estate industries. As a Senior Development Analyst, you will support various development projects in Western Canada, including financial underwriting, market research, and analysis. The role involves working closely with senior team members throughout the development cycle, from concept to completion.

Requirements

• Support development underwriting through creation, updating, and managing development proformas.
• Conduct market research and monitor industry trends.
• Collaborate with internal teams on business plans and approvals.
• Contribute to project design activities.
• Assist with securing municipal approvals including amendments, rezonings, permits, and regulatory requirements.
