Senior Property Manager (Multi-Residential)

Senior Property Manager is accountable for the operational and financial performance of two multi-residential communities and for delivering a best-in-class resident experience every day. This is a visible, on-site leadership role that partners closely with Leasing and Building Operations to drive occupancy, retention, service levels, and cost predictability across both sites.

Requirements

• 6+ years of progressive experience in multi-residential property management
• Leadership of an on-site team
• Accountability for resident experience
• Demonstrated experience managing budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis
• Strong knowledge of residential leasing/collections practices
