Job Description
The Research and Development Project Specialist will lead and manage R&D projects from start to finish, ensuring the achievement of the organization's strategic objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Administration, Project Management, or related fields
- Intermediate level of proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Advanced level of proficiency in English
- Solid experience in project management, preferably in R&D
- Experience in developing new vehicle models
- Certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) will be considered a plus
- Advanced knowledge of project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Trello, or similar)
