Senior Data Analyst, Internal Audit

We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join our Internal Audit team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting internal audit analytics, building and maintaining continuous auditing dashboards, and delivering rapid-response analytics during emergency or high-priority investigations. Responsibilities include design and implementation of Robotic Process Automation solutions, development of Machine Learning and Large Language Models, and supporting independent model validation exercises.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Analytics / Data Science / Computer science / Information System / Business / Accounting or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of data analytics or audit experience.
• Strong understanding of data technologies, including databases, data warehousing and data analytics.
• Sound knowledge in SQL and Python.
• Experience with data visualisation tools and techniques (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI, or similar BI tools).
• Robust analytical mindset and exhibits a persistent drive for investigation and data exploration.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Meticulous with high attention to detail.
• Ambitious, self-driven and highly motivated individual who can work well in a startup VUCA (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, Ambiguous) environment.
• Experience working in a financial services industry.
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
• Familiarity with machine learning and advanced analytics techniques.
