Job Description
GXO is looking for a Continuous Improvement Manager to strengthen operational performance within its Business Unit South-West. The role will implement the Lean program, create deployment plans, drive adoption, and promote best-practice sharing.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management or a related field
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a complex, fast-paced organization or comparable role
- Proven experience in a 3PL logistics environment
- Demonstrated experience with Lean methods, Continuous Improvement, 5S implementation, waste reduction and rejection management
