Job Description
We are looking for an HR Administrator to join our team at GXO Logistics. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing day-to-day HR support, delivering onboarding experiences, and managing HR administration.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills in Dutch and French (verbal and written); basic English is required
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, or Secondary level (middelbaar) with at least 2-year of experience in an HR-related role
- Good knowledge of Belgium labour law and social security fundamentals
- System-savvy and comfortable working with HR systems and digital tools
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word & Excel
- Experience and knowledge working with HRIS systems (e.g., similar to Visma & SDWorx)
- Accurate, proactive, and service-oriented with strong attention to detail
