Operations Excellence Manager

Operations Excellence Manager: Manage and deploy OPEX strategy, lead 5-Levers savings, deploy productivity & labor planning tools, and manage site interventions and deep dives.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Supply Chain Logistics, operations, or consultancy
• Experience with Contract logistics operations, financial impact, LEAN & Six Sigma tools
• Understanding of WMS functionalities and automation
• Change management knowledge and experience
• Strong analytical and leadership skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to explain technical topics to management and users
