Operations Manager

Operations Manager job description: lead daily operation, ensure safe and efficient execution, coach and develop Warehouse Managers, and maintain a strong collaboration with internal departments and customers.

Requirements

• Completed bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, technology, or business
• At least 5 years of experience in a complex, large-scale supply chain or warehouse environment
• Demonstrated leadership experience, including coaching, developing, and leading large teams
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English (French, German, or Spanish is a plus)
• Proactive, resilient, and result-oriented attitude, able to perform under pressure and maintain high quality and professionalism
