Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business
- Proven experience as an Operations Manager in a 3PL logistics environment
- Strong people leadership experience, including managing and developing leaders
- Solid understanding of warehouse operations, KPIs, and cost control
