Packaging Machine Operator

GXO is looking for a Packaging Machine Operator to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating packaging machines and a high school diploma or equivalent. The role involves setting up and operating packaging machines, performing quality assurance checks, and troubleshooting machinery breakdowns. Requirements

• Experience measuring for proper alignment requirements using a ruler
• Ability to speak, read (fine print) and write in English, follow verbal and written directions, write simple correspondence and effectively communicate with others
• Successful background check
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Machine operator experience
• Knowledge of and experience operating a bagging machine and producing a quality product in a team-based environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. without assistance
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment that is not climate controlled
• Ability to safely walk, reach (including above your head), bend, climb, push, pull, twist, squat and kneel
