Resource Planning Lead

We are seeking a Resource Planning Lead to join our team in Lichfield, working closely with Retail teams and agency partners to drive mid- and short-term labour planning and keep daily operations aligned. As a hands-on leadership role, you will work closely with Retail teams and agency partners, solve real-time challenges, and help shape smarter planning through insight, reporting and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading and coordinating a team within a fast-paced operational environment
• Strong background in workforce planning, labour coordination, or resource management within logistics, distribution, or manufacturing
• High attention to detail with strong organisational and time management skills
• Confidence working with workforce management systems such as Kronos and Excel to maintain data accuracy and produce reports
• Experience working with agency labour models, including scheduling, headcount control, and recruitment alignment
