Job Description
As a Service Technician in Consumer Electronics, you will work independently in the field to repair consumer electronics and household appliances, and provide customer service and maintenance advice. You will work with a team and be supported by a technical helpdesk, and will be responsible for collecting parts and using a fully equipped service bus to visit customers. A MBO diploma in a technical field or equivalent experience is required, and you should be customer-oriented, technically strong, and communicatively skilled.
Requirements
- MBO diploma in a technical field
- Proven work experience as a service technician or maintenance technician
- Technical insight and self-motivated attitude
- Customer-oriented, representative, and communicatively skilled
- Proficient in Dutch and basic knowledge of English
- B driving license
