Site Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Site Engineer to join our Heerlen site, where you will play a hands-on role in keeping operations running smoothly while driving continuous improvement in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Requirements

• Vocational or intermediate education in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Engineering (or equivalent experience)
• Experience in a similar role within a logistics or warehouse environment, ideally 3PL
• Strong analytical skills and a continuous-improvement mindset
• Clear communication skills in English (Dutch is a plus, but not essential)
• A proactive, accountable approach and the ability to work well with others
• Customer-focused, solution-oriented thinking
• Knowledge and experience of automation is desired but training can be given
• Ability to work within a multi-cultural environment
