We have the perfect opportunity for a Transport Supervisor to join our GXO Supply Chain operation at our Wellingborough site, providing coaching and support to a team of drivers and ensuring strict adherence to company processes and Health & Safety standards.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a transport or complex logistics environment
- Proven experience in supervising, mentoring, or leading a team of drivers and staff
- Thorough understanding of EU Driversâ Hours, Working Time Directive (WTD), and transport legislation
- Competence in using Transport Management Systems (TMS), tracking software, and MS Office (especially Excel)
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy for reporting, compliance, and auditing
