Job Description
We are looking for a motivated leader to join our GXO Supply Chain operation at our Wellingborough site as a Transport Supervisor. The role involves supervising a team of drivers, providing coaching and support to ensure operational targets are met or exceeded.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a transport or complex logistics environment
- Proven experience in supervising, mentoring, or leading a team of drivers and staff
- Thorough understanding of EU Drivers' Hours, Working Time Directive (WTD), and transport legislation
