Job Description
We are looking for a Warehouse Shift Manager to join us at our Carlsberg Britvic site in Lutterworth. You’ll provide leadership and guidance for the warehouse teams across departments, ensuring that they have all the tools they need to do their role and that the operation runs smoothly.
Requirements
- Relevant experience of working in a high-pressure environment with the ability to manage a team of staff towards achieving objectives
- Customer-focused with the ability to build effective relationships with team, customer and other third parties
- Skills in and knowledge of warehouse management systems
- Excellent communication skills; both verbal and written at all levels
