Job Description
We are looking for a Warehouse Shift Manager to join our team at our new site in Wellingborough. You will be responsible for driving efficient operational performance on shift, ensuring service levels are met, and maintaining strong communication with the senior management team.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Shift Manager in a large, fast-paced warehouse environment
- Competent user of Warehouse Management Systems, with JDA/Red Prairie experience being an advantage
- Experience managing conflicting priorities, with the ability to plan and organise a warehouse operation
- Excellent people skills - the ability to effectively lead, develop and manage a team, whilst identifying areas for development and recognising success
