Warehouse Team Leader (e-comm)

We are looking for a Warehouse Team Leader to join our B&Q site in Blyth. The ideal candidate will have experience of working within a fast-paced warehouse environment and will be a natural leader with strong IT skills. The role involves leading a high performing team, planning and co-ordinating warehouse operations, and managing conflicting priorities.

Requirements

• Experience of working within a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Be a natural leader, able to coach others to drive and implement change
• Experience managing conflicting priorities, with the ability to plan and organise a warehouse operation
• Strong IT skills, including warehouse systems and Microsoft Office
