Senior Business Manager, Credit Card

We are seeking a Senior Business Manager, Credit Card to lead the Credit Card portfolio and drive aggressive growth targets. The role involves strategic business leadership, product commercialization, and data-driven performance management.

Requirements

• Mandatory 8+ years of deep, proven experience in Credit Card P&L management, business strategy, or portfolio management within retail banking or fintech.
• Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth, specifically through initiatives focused on installment and revolving balance acceleration.
• Exceptional analytical and data-driven problem-solving skills with a clear track record of using data to drive commercial outcomes and manage key P&L drivers.
• Strong understanding of the card lifecycle, digital product development, and portfolio risk management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage relationships with senior management.
• Familiarity with MAS regulations related to cards and payments.
• Confident, independent, self-driven, and highly motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
