Job Description
Gymreapers is hiring a motion-first creative to lead the development of innovative, brand-defining motion graphics across all channels.
Requirements
- 3–6+ years in motion graphics / performance video editing with a portfolio
- Advanced After Effects (templating, text systems, animation control)
- Strong ability to create high-performing overlays, hooks, and CTAs
- Deep understanding of short-form, platform-native content (TikTok/Reels)
- Experience producing multiple variants quickly for testing
- Ability to interpret performance data and iterate
- Fast, high-output execution with clean file organization
