Gymreapers is seeking a Senior Product Line Manager to own the Accessories and Apparel categories end-to-end, responsible for product roadmap, new product development, assortment strategy, pricing, SKU productivity, and lifecycle management.
Requirements
- 6-8 years of experience in product management, product development, merchandising, or category management within consumer products, apparel, fitness, outdoor, or performance brands.
- Proven experience bringing physical products from concept through launch and lifecycle management.
- Strong understanding of apparel development, fit, fabrications, trims, and garment construction.
- Experience working with overseas manufacturing partners and managing product development timelines.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to analyze SKU productivity, pricing strategy, margin, and category performance.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and ecommerce reporting platforms.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with a high level of ownership and accountability.
- Passion for strength training, fitness culture, and performance products.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
