Job Description
Gymreapers is hiring a Sourcing & Product Developer to help build a world-class product engine. The role involves sourcing and developing domestic Mexico suppliers and international manufacturing partnerships, ensuring products meet performance, cost, and quality standards.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in Product Development, Sourcing, or Technical Development
- Proven experience working with Mexico-based factories and suppliers and overseas manufacturing partners
- Strong understanding of textiles, synthetics, and performance materials, apparel and/or fitness gear construction, and experience sourcing fabrics, trims, plastics, and hardware components
