BI Analyst Lead

Gypsy is looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst Lead to head the analytics stream connecting player behavior, traffic performance, and product insights. This role requires a strong understanding of data analytics and the ability to translate insights into clear business and product actions.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in data analytics, with at least 2 years in iGaming
• 1+ year of team management experience
• Deep understanding of traffic, conversion, LTV, retention, and monetization metrics
• Hands-on experience with SQL (PostgreSQL / BigQuery) and Python (Pandas, NumPy)
• Confident use of BI tools — Tableau / Superset / Looker Studio
• Strong understanding of the player lifecycle and user journey analytics
• Proven leadership experience — setting priorities, mentoring, and managing analysts
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to deliver insights effectively across business and product teams
