Production Shift Manager

The Production Shift Manager leads a 12-hour night shift team, reporting to the Production Manager, and drives safe, compliant, and efficient manufacturing operations while embedding continuous improvement and operational discipline.

Requirements

• Lead and model safety-first behaviors to achieve zero-injury performance
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations
• Coach teams in hazard recognition, 5S, and housekeeping standards
• Drive operational performance to meet quality, cost, and delivery targets
• Develop and mentor shift employees through regular feedback and training
• Use data and management systems to monitor and improve shift performance
• Coordinate across shifts and functions to maintain workflow continuity
• Support site and company strategies through disciplined execution
