Production Supervisor

Production Supervisor responsible for ensuring compliance with production schedule, optimizing human resources and equipment, and leading production team to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency.

Requirements

• Technical degree or equivalent in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a supervisor in industrial or manufacturing environments.
• Intermediate English proficiency.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
• Knowledge of production planning principles and resource optimization.
• Legal authorization to work in Mexico.
