Job Description
As the largest pureplay adhesives company in the world, H.B. Fuller is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to support strategic decision-making by providing high-quality financial forecasting, budgeting, and analysis across the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelorâs degree in related area (Accounting, Finance, Business, etc.)
- 6+ years of experience in accounting and/or financial analysis, ideally with prior experience working in a Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis team at a multinational organization
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting
- High proficiency with the use of OneStream and Business Intelligence tools
- Significant experience with Management Information Systems, Business Analysis and Financial Planning Processes
- Project management skills
- Experience in successful process and system improvement initiatives
- Fluent in spoken and written English
