Job Description

This role is responsible for performing internal product tests, quantifying product value, and advising business leaders and customers on applications and equipment.
Requirements
- Perform internal product tests and report results to customers and commercial teams
- Execute Technical Service Requests (TSRs) and deliver data-driven conclusions
- Support key accounts through training, application startup, and troubleshooting
- Design and implement advanced experimental methodologies
- Mentor junior and mid-level technicians
- Assist sales and QC teams with customer complaint investigations
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on research initiatives
- Analyze and interpret data for technical reports and presentations
- Conduct successful lab trials and product demonstrations
- Partner in account planning and value selling strategies
