Job Description
H&H is seeking a Bridge Inspection Quality Control Engineer to join the firm's New York City Asset Management team. The Quality Control Engineer is responsible for ensuring accuracy, consistency, regulatory compliance, and timely delivery of bridge inspection submittals across multiple concurrent programs.
Requirements
- Serve as the principal Quality Control Engineer for bridge inspection projects
- Perform independent field quality control reviews of inspection teams
- Conduct detailed office quality control reviews of inspection reports
- Ensure inspection deliverables are accurate, complete, and submitted in compliance with regulatory timelines
- Mentor and train Team Leaders and Assistant Team Leaders on inspection standards
- Collaborate with inspection teams, program managers, and multidisciplinary groups to integrate quality control findings into bridge management and preservation strategies
- Support business development efforts through technical proposal contributions and client presentations
