Requirements
- Lead and produce highway and civil designs
- Effectively communicate and coordinate with the design team
- Apply standards and analysis techniques
- Project management responsibilities
- Display experience with MicroStation, Geopak, and AutoCAD
- Complete work accurately and in accordance with quality control and quality assurance procedures
- Assist with client relations and business development efforts and proposals
