Requirements
- Completed technical training or further education (e.g. electrical engineering, HLS, facility management)
- Several years of experience in technical building management
- Knowledge of relevant norms, regulations, and statutory inspection obligations
- Safe handling of service providers and technical documentation
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Organizational strength, hands-on mentality, and sense of responsibility
- A flexible mindset and a positive attitude towards change and sustainable growth
