Talent Acquisition Specialist/Recruiter position at H Mart. The role will work cross-functionally with internal departments, candidates, and external resources to supply talent to meet rapidly growing business needs. The Recruiter will design and implement an overall recruiting strategy, perform job and task analysis, and ensure the company attracts, hires, and retains the best employees.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of progressive recruitment experience in a high volume recruitment environment
- Proven work experience as a Recruiter (in-house or a staffing agency recruiter)
- Hands-on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check etc.)
- Hands-on experience with recruiting software (ATS), as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) or Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS), payroll systems
- Knowledge of sourcing techniques using social media and experience using LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook to identify and engage talent
- Strong (and current) knowledge of all laws and regulations pertaining to employment and equal opportunity
- Bilingual in Korean and English is a MUST
- Bachelor degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational, time management, planning, and problem-solving skills
- Professional in HR Certificate is a plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Powerpoint)
