Role Overview

Lead and supervise rig personnel, oversee drilling operations, and ensure safety and compliance with HSE standards.

What You Will Do

Participate in recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance evaluation of rig staff, define project objectives, and develop operational plans.

Ensure all operations are conducted safely and in compliance with HSE standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
