Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1–3 years of experience in IT support or helpdesk role
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS, networking (TCP/IP), and Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with Active Directory is a plus
