Burns & Wilcox is seeking a Professional Liability Broker to drive new business, meet or exceed production goals, and build strong relationships to increase the reputation of Burns & Wilcox. The ideal candidate will have an entrepreneurial spirit, drive for career advancement, and strong sales and marketing skills.

Requirements

• Build agent and broker relationships, find sources, and place risks
• Handle accounts of all sizes independently
• Seek opportunities to access and cultivate new brokerage markets and products
• Travel and entertain clients and prospects
• Mentor and train Associate Brokers as needed
• Monitor key metrics and formulate corrective action
• Develop and submit underwriting referrals
• Ability to perform tasks in a stationary position
• Willingness to travel and participate in business entertainment
