Underwriting Manager, Personal Lines

Oversee the evaluation, classification, and rating of risk to determine acceptability, coverage, and pricing. Implement underwriting policies and be accountable for producing business in assigned territories.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a sales team leader including direct management experience
• Minimum 5 years of multi-line underwriting/production experience, excess & surplus experience preferred
• P&C Insurance license. CPCU, CIC or comparable designations preferred
