H1 is a healthcare company that provides a platform to inform every doctor interaction globally. The Senior Forward Deployed Software Engineer will drive enterprise SaaS adoption through embedded engineering, working with pharma clients to build data-driven solutions.
Requirements
- 6+ years of full-stack engineering experience, including direct collaboration with enterprise clients and cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with JavaScript and backend technologies such as SQL (PostgreSQL preferred), along with strong programming skills in Python
- Hands-on experience with data platforms and pipeline tools in an AWS environment, including Airflow, AWS EMR, EKS, and custom ETL workflows
- Proven ability to mentor peers or lead small teams while remaining deeply hands-on
- Familiarity with Salesforce data models and GTM workflows (e.g., leads, accounts, opportunities, activities) to design solutions that support client-specific use cases
