Job Description
H2M architects + engineers is seeking a dynamic, hands-on future-focused Innovation Project Manager to drive transformative initiatives that elevate our Learning & Development programs, operational processes, and firmwide innovation culture.
Requirements
- Bachelorâs degree in Business, Engineering, Architecture, Technology, or related field
- 5+ years of experience with project management or innovation initiatives
- PMP, CIP or related certification strongly desired
- Experience working in operational environments with an ability to analyze and improve existing cross-functional processes
- Experience with AI tools, low-code tools, digital transformation, or emerging technology implementation is a plus
- Experience with copilot a plus
