Project Electrical Engineer

H2M's electrical engineering team is seeking a Project Electrical Engineer with experience in design and management of MEP and electrical engineering, and knowledge of the design process from proposal through construction phases.

Requirements

• Manage MEP projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate MEP activities with other disciplines
• Develop MEP system designs, specifications, and drawings for tenant fit-outs and shell buildings
• Review and approve shop drawings, submittals, and as-built drawings
• Facilitate seamless integration of various MEP systems
• Evaluate, select, and apply standard techniques and procedures
• Create electrical specification packages
• Verify that all design aspects comply with local code and apply code provisions
• Assist in the development of project proposals and client presentations
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and provide expert guidance on MEP solutions
