Senior Architect

H2M Architects + Engineers seeks a Senior Architect with 15+ years of experience to join their Boca Raton, FL team and lead the development and growth of their architectural practice in Florida. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, project and business management skills, and the ability to collaborate with others and work in a team environment.

Requirements

• 15+ years of architectural consulting experience
• 10+ years of project management experience
• 5+ years of staff management experience
• Established client following or name recognition with a FL client base
• Extensive knowledge of Architectural Design
• Knowledge of AutoCAD or related CAD programs
• Exposure to Revit and other BIM software
• Ability to collaborate with others and work in a team environment
• Knowledge of project specifications & CSI division formatting
• Knowledge of professional and construction contracts
• Project financial oversight and management skills
• Strong organizational, time management & multitasking skills
• Excellent communication skills both oral and written
