Job Description
H2M is seeking a licensed Senior Mechanical Engineer to join their MEP team in Windsor, CT. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of HVAC design experience and at least 5 years of project management experience in a consulting environment. The role will involve project supervision, coordination with other engineering departments, and technical leadership. Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or closely related discipline
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required
- Minimum 8+ years of HVAC design experience
- At least 5 years of project management experience in a consulting environment
- Experience with municipalities, government agencies a plus
- Strong technical leadership and management skills
- Ability to mentor junior level staff
- Strong client relationship building skills
