Job Description
H2O.ai is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to build end-to-end AI solutions for enterprise problems. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of AI/ML engineering experience, including end-to-end model development and production deployment. They will work alongside Kaggle Grandmasters and domain experts to deliver AI systems that go beyond demos into production and measurable business outcomes.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on AI/ML engineering experience
- Demonstrable experience building LLM-powered applications
- Strong Python engineering skills and experience with ML frameworks and LLM tooling
- Experience deploying models and AI services in cloud or enterprise environments
- Deep understanding of modern GenAI concepts
- Solid grounding in classical ML
- Backend development skills
- Strong problem-solving instincts
- Clear communicator who can explain complex AI systems to non-technical stakeholders
