Senior Manufacturing Process Engineer - Electric Aviation

As a Senior Manufacturing Process Engineer, you will play a key role in shaping how H55's electric propulsion systems are built, from early industrialization to scalable production. You will develop, implement, and continuously improve manufacturing processes for aerospace components, working closely with design, production, and quality teams to ensure robust, reliable, and certifiable operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing process development in aerospace, automotive, or high-tech industries
• Experience with troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement methods
• Knowledge of aerospace quality standards and traceability requirements
• Fluent in English (French is a plus)
• Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on mindset
