Job Description
Haast is building an agentic system for enterprise legal and compliance teams that automates their manual work, delivering 80% faster compliance reviews and 4x productivity gains. As the Founding Engineer, you'll build the AI platform that's rewriting a $50B industry, working on systems that directly reduce risk and unlock productivity for some of the world's largest organizations.
Requirements
- Full-stack engineer experience
- Strong understanding of APIs, distributed systems, and tradeoffs between speed and reliability
- Experience working with customers to understand pain points and iterate on features in real-time
- Deep knowledge of Go, Node.js/TypeScript, or Python
