Requirements

• Master's Degree is preferred in a related field including but not limited to business administration, health care administration, nursing or social service.
• A minimum of 8 years experience in healthcare delivery/operations. A minimum of 5 years experience in supervisory or administrative capacity.
• Thorough knowledge of current concepts, theories, and practices related to home and community-based care for elders and disabled adults.
• Working knowledge of health care delivery and financing systems including Medicaid, Medicare, waiver programs, prospective and capitated systems, public health programs and HMO/Managed Care systems.
