Manager, Strategy and Operations

Habitat Health is looking for a Manager of Strategy & Operations to lead high-priority, cross-functional projects and drive launch implementation, care delivery operations, and enterprise-level strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, or strategy & operations at a high-growth startup, ideally in the context of health care delivery
• Demonstrated ability to be a self-starter
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, unstructured work environment
• Strong interpersonal skills; high EQ
• Excellent interpersonal written and oral communication skills
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity, with a high degree of self-autonomy and a bias to action
• A strong passion for our mission, with a high degree of empathy for the populations we serve
