Manager, Strategy & Business Operations

Helix is a healthcare company that uses genomics to improve people's lives. They're looking for a Manager, Strategy & Business Operations to help drive strategic initiatives and operationalize critical projects across the business.

Requirements

• BA or BS degree
• 4–6 years of experience in consulting, business operations, corporate strategy, or similar role at a high-growth startup
• Experience in health tech industry preferred
• Ability to work autonomously and influence stakeholders at all levels
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to tell a story focused on insights and data
