Job Description
Habitat Health is looking for a Personal Care Attendant to join their mission of redefining aging in place. The role involves attending to the daily living and safety needs of participants in their PACE center and occasionally in the home.
Requirements
- Completion of accredited vocational nursing assistant course or hospital experience
- High School diploma/GED
- Knowledge of PACE program
- Ability to work without close supervision or professional guidance and to exercise independent judgment
- Ability to manage changing priorities per participant needs
- Effective interpersonal skills to work with participants, caregivers, and staff
